The Hipatia Network provides support and mentorship to help overcome barriers that hinder the career advancement of female scientists.

64 public schools are participating in this educational project led by Laia Ribas, a researcher at the Institute of Marine Sciences (ICM-CSIC).

They are part of Stanford University's ‘Ranking of the World Scientists: World's Top 2% Scientists’, which highlights the most relevant scientists in the world according to the citations received in their publications.
