The Ecology of Marine Microbes research group is seeking candidates to apply to Juan de la Cierva Fellowships and join the Marine Protist Single Amplified Genomes project.
The candidate will participate in the management of a set of single amplified genomes available at the host institution, the Institut de Ciències del Mar (ICM-CSIC), including genome assembly, gene predictions and functional annotations. The curated genomes will then be exploited to address a variety of questions, ranging from single cell interactions, ecological functions, to evolutionary issues.
