Functions:
- Management of the maritime database of BlueNetCat.
- Network with BlueNetCat partners for the design and configuration of the database.
- Definition and strategy of transfer products emergins from this database.
- Management of the processes of incubation and acceleration of blue technology.
- Identification of funding sources at tech transfer, especially at incubation and acceleration of marine digital technologies.
- Support the promoter and team on the development of the project.
