The Institut de Ciències del Mar (Institute of Marine Sciences) hosts 8 fellowships to introduce young scientists in marine research with JAE Intro ICU 2023 scholarships for the academic year 2023/24.
The CSIC is in charge of the call and of the reception of proposals. ICM’s hosting offers will be open until August 16, 2023. There are a total of 250 hosting offers. The process will be resolved through a competitive evaluation. You will find all the information on the following website.
The training programmes offered by ICM are:

The length and funding of each fellowship depend on the program (click on “Download full application” at the top right of this window to learn more about each program). The research training period will take place at the ICM facilities. You will find all the eligibility criteria and the application process in the following website.

How to apply:
You should apply through the CSIC’s platform and must submit the following documents in order to be eligible to apply:
- Identification document (DNI, NIE or passaport)
- Academic transcripts (expediente académico) of your Degree.
- In case of being a Master's student: registration of the official Master's Degree (matrícula).
- Responsible declaration (Responsible declaration form)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) (maximum two pages) together with the documents that documents accrediting the merits indicated in the CV. It shall be attached in a single PDF.
