I'm a PhD student and nowadays my research involves the interpretation of multi-beam echosounder, high-resolution bathymetry, 2D multi-channel seismic and high-resolution sidescan sonar (TOBI) to identify a wide variety of morphologies as well as sedimentary and tectonic structures. With detailed analysis of 2D multi-channel seismic data we can model fault surfaces and tsunami that those faults can generate.
